In this book, Professor Jean-Marie Tchegho analyses some channels of incubation, maturation and transmission of the main African social values. He then puts at our disposal and at the right moment, the African items of the necessary dialogue between cultures, the only way to guarantee the balance of mankind, and forever caution us against such horrors as experienced in the U.S.A. in 2001, in Iraq in 2003, in Spain in 2004 and in Libya in 2011. He draw our attention on the fact that such a dialogue must strictly take place in total humility, for each has to give and to receive, and not in the Western condescension which nowadays characterizes international relations. This is why Westerners who built their outstanding material prosperity on individualism and stampede law must get ready to launch the fourth revolution, the social change, i.e. the changing of the world vision and way of living. In this perspective, Westerners will convince themselves of the necessity of going down their pedestal and to learn from their former slaves. The better future for humanity is at this cost!
